Daring Greatly

Message/Experiment of the Week:

When was the last time you dared greatly? Daring greatly often requires caring about something so much that you are willing to come up short again and again in its pursuit. You are willing to enter the arena and face failure and rejection to make it happen. Peter Diamandis calls this a Massive Transformative Purpose: https://www.diamandis.com/blog/exo-mtp-asset.

For an experiment this week, pick one thing you care about so much that you are willing to face failure and rejection for, and start taking action to make that thing a reality. In the video below (around minute 41), Lisa Nichols talks about how that one thing for her was making sure that her kids didn’t end up being one of the 66% of African American male children in Los Angeles who were ending up in prison at that time.
