Intentional Living
Message/Experiment of the Week:
Are you living intentionally? If not, what or who is guiding your life, social media? When you live intentionally amazing things are possible. A great example is the British Cycling Team, which went from being one of the worst teams in the world to the best by focusing on making one percent improvements daily. James Clear calls this continual improvement the aggregation of marginal gains in his book Atomic Habits. A few other great examples of intentional living are Sean Stephenson and Sparsh Shah. Sean and Sparsh both had a choice to see the challenges they faced as burdens or gifts, and they both chose to see them as gifts and have done incredible things as a result.
For an experiment this week focus on living intentionally and make at least one small change every day that will move you closer to your goals and reflect on it when you brush your teeth at night. Then write about the experience in your journal.
