One Little Thing Every Day

Message/Experiment of the Week:

What is one little thing you can do every day to change your life? If you have a goal to get into better shape that one little thing could be walking for ten minutes every day. If you have goal to improve your diet that one little thing could be avoiding eating or drinking sugar. If you have a goal to improve your relationship with someone that one little thing could be spending ten minutes each day with that person doing something that you both love.

For an experiment this week, pick one thing that if you do it every day will make your life so much better, and then do it every day. If you get off track think of ten ways you can get back on track and implement your best ideas until you get back on track, and then keep doing what you have committed to every day.
