Peace And War Begin At Home

Message/Experiment of the Week:

How can we create more peace in the world amidst all the war and fighting going on? Mother Teresa is attributed with the following insight: “Peace and war begin at home. If we truly want peace in the world, let us begin by loving one another in our own families. If we want to spread joy, we need for every family to have joy.”

For an experiment this week look for at least one way to love your family more. It could be as simple as spending more undistracted time with your family or giving them your biggest hug each day.
