Wanderers, Wishers and Doers

Message/Experiment of the Week:

Are you a wanderer, a wisher or a doer? Wanderers often drift from one thing to another, but never really get anything done because they are not willing to commit to anything. Wishers often commit to things, but when things become challenging or the excitement of doing something new wears off they quit. Doers, on the other hand, figure out how to get things done and are willing to be uncomfortable to get results. They do the hard things that other people are unwilling to do, and they often have a huge underlying motivation that helps them keep moving forward when things get tough. They are the successful people who do the work, while the wanderers and the wishers are often the unsuccessful people who make excuses and end up being wannabes.

For an experiment this week be a doer and commit to at least one thing that you will do no matter what, and make sure you complete it. Then write about the experience in your journal.

P.S. Special thanks to Kirk Duncan for introducing this concept!
